The Auxiliary Sales Associate opportunities are for year round on-call positions with a rate of pay starting at $20.33 per hour plus 82 cents per working hour in lieu of health and welfare benefits, up to a maximum of $57.40 per biweekly pay period plus 6% of regular earnings in lieu of vacation leave.
The Seasonal Sales Associates work on-call during Canada day through Labour Day and/or the month of December with a rate of pay of $18.92 per hour plus 6% of regular earnings in lieu of vacation leave.
These rates are as of April 10, 2022.
Candidates are required to complete the Serving IT Right certification before commencing employment as an Auxiliary or Seasonal Sales Associate.
